Pissouri, Cyprus Advice wanted ref. system purchase & install

Hi
My mother-in-law lives near Pissouri, Cyprus & has lost the lousy BFBS reception she had through the aerial. I need a bit of help as to what would be available to her, the size options & cost options & what you get for your £.
I would appreciate it if anyone out there could get in touch either someone who installs them or someone who has had one put in & would recommend the installer/dealer.

Many thanks
Skro

The first thing that comes to mind is if she can consider the Satellite Greek Nova.
I think that it might be possible to have an official subscription in Cypress.
What is BFBS? If it is lousy, then it is time for improvement.

British Forces Broadcasting Service HB.

I would guess that the OP is looking at English language services.

I'm sure one of our Cyprus based members will reply.

Yep,the free analogue terrestial channel has finally been switched off. I have done so many over the last few years. BFBS(6 or 7 channels) now only available on satellite 7e to forces personnel(or dr*ambox).
Nova cyprus/greece or Showtime are good satellite packages but on a subscription basis.
Or a 1m dish on Nilesat and you will receive at least ten good English speaking channels for free. Many movie channels, action, drama, chat, cartoon and music and some sports.
If you are interested PM me.
