west london (fix broken install)

I'm in Hounslow. I had a working dreambox+fixed dish (which I installed and worked ok); switched to dreambox + motorized dish (which I tried to install but didnt work). Somehow managed to blow up the tuner in the dreambox, bought a new one, and now too scared of damaging it to keep on fiddling with the setup. Would like someone with dreambox experience to sort this, not someone to tell me to get a sky box instead...

The dish is on the first floor wall of a semi facing more-or-less south; the fixed dish in the same position worked fine. The motor drive works, but I seem to have no signal out.

Anyone give me a quote?
