Free X TV card?

In Pakistan you can get free x TV card around Rs 1500 approx 25 dollars.
Card includes four channels on frequency
12207 H 27500.

How there are selling at this price. The original card is quite expensive.
Are they copying from original card or what.

The channels are encrypted in irdeto2.

The card works in irde*o embedded receiver and card is working since
1 1/2 years.

My System: DM7020 Screambox MAC OSX & windowzz 98SE Gemini 1664 on tap

Either the're copies or the're cheap because they can't sell them at full price. So they hope that by offering them cheap you will renew the membership new year. I got one free with the dreambox but dont use it as the stations are rubbish compared to others.
