Amazing, brilliant.... and qualified. The win in Paris will go down in history as a great moment of Scottish football, and I have no doubt now that Scotland will qualify. But who will fall, Italy or France?

McLaren deserves respect, his earned it from me, for sticking with the team and for picking it in the first place. If there is any justice in the world, this is hopefully the sign that McLaren has just worked out what his doing Gareth Barry is amazing, I reckon Frank Lampard should bring a nice silk cushion for his arse from now... because his going to be sticking on it alot

Didn't see the Scottish performance, but it is good news.

Watched the England Russia match and thought we played well, but we still need to make things tighter at the back, the Russians showed that we were susceptible to fast penetrating runs from both sides.

It'll be a nice situation to have players of the quality of Lampard sitting on the bench and not feeling that we necessarily need to start them, sounds like Rooney could well be back in the saddle soon as well.

Yeah, you do have to feel sorry for McLaren (never thought I'd say that!) - Heskey or Rooney?

Even a week ago I'd have been laughed out of town for that, now there really is some doubt about Rooney. Heskey works so well with Owen, and wins all the aerial battles, but an on-fire Rooney is invaluable.
