Saturday Football

I would like to get Saturday Premiership footie but since Canal + Blauw went Seca2 I have had no joy with my 6 in 1 funcard and Humax.
A bloke in the local Sat shop reckons if I buy a Matrix Cam and Titanium Card I will be sorted but he didn't sound convincing.
Is he right; will said kit enable me to watch the footie and if so what channels will the games be on.
I can't get the hispat stuff cos my house faces the wrong way and he mentioned some Turkish dish on 4.2 Deg East which my motorised system doesn't pick up at present.
Are there channels on 1 deg W or 5 deg E that the Matrix / Titanium card will decode ?
