While I should think everyone knows about Premiership football on TV Sport Romania, and Top Channel , don't forget that on Arabsat 26 east there is MBC 2 which also shows live premiership football (ie Liverpool & Fulham today). They also show some English speaking films (Sean Connery in the remake of Thunderball was on this morning). Freq 11.785 V Symbol rate 27500, stream ID 130, program ID 0, VPID 910, PCR 910, APID 920.   PS. MBC 2 is free to air, and I can receive it with a 70cm dish.
