Join our UEFA Under-21 European Championship 2009 fantasy league!

Just when you thought the football season had finished, fear not! The European Under-21 Championship is kicking-off in Sweden on Monday June 16th as England play Finland in Halmstad, and Satellites.co.uk has a fantasy league for all to join - everyone, both new to and returning for fantasy football, is invited! And what's more, its FREE to play, as Satellite.co.uk's SupaLiga fantasy competitions have always been!

Here is how to join SupaLiga @ UEFA Under-21 European Championship 2009:

1. Go to the official UEFA Under-21 2009 fantasy game website: http://en.u21fantasy.uefa.com/

2. Register for a UEFA.com account (totally free) by clicking on ‘Register’ which is to the right of the log-in boxes on the same light blue bar underneath the McDonalds stuff. Alternatively, log in if you already have a UEFA.com account.

3. Set-up* and select your team.

4. To join SupaLiga @ UEFA Under-21 2009, Satellites.co.uk’s own mini-league, click on ‘Leagues’ on the light blue bar underneath the McDonald's stuff, then in the box under ‘Join a private league’ type in/copy and paste the following code and click 'Join league':

237-37

5. You are now in the league and ready to play! One last thing, please please please let us know who your team is by posting a message on this thread or sending me a PM message. This is very important as we need to be sure that everyone is a member of this forum, as the league is only for members of this forum. Failue to identify yourself will lead to your ejection from the league.

* If you were a member of Premier League SupaLiga 2008/2009, could I kindly request that you come up with a different team name to that of your Premier League team. Think funny, witty, random, strange, rude(-ish!), something memorable!

Confirmed managers and teams participating:
Analoguesat - Scotsat
kreacher - Creatures
Norm - Scozia Non C'e
mhku - It's not hot!
pazinho - Outcasts
S_G - Dibblies (Entering from Group Stage Matchday 2)
Salty25 - Laboratoire Kanye
T_G - Young Overpaid Grunts
Topper - Tossers

Donkeyland has signed up, but it's an easy option "auto selection" team!

Lol Yep, many of the players will be very unfamiliar to us, with the exception of the England players and certain high-profile ones (Bojan, Ozil, Balleti).

The website does have a pundit/expert column which will no doubt familiarise us with the squads, and of course there is Wikipedia to do some research on (qualification, squads). I'm quite excited by the challenge - we'll be discovering the players as the tournament progresses and we'll have to use our scouting skills to pick the best!

To anyone not joining at the mo because they don't know the players - do not worry, nobody else does!!! I'm looking at getting around 8 to 10 to join, should be a nice little tourney, and with there being full live coverage on Sky and other broadcasters, I think the fantasy compo will add to our interest

Lol

A moth long tournament is about my limit of interest where football is concerned.

At least with this one Im as equally clueless about the players as everyone else

I'll probably leave it on the autocomplete - it cant make any more of a hash of it than I would....
