which subscription for everton EPL

Hello,

A friend wants to get the everton games for the coming season ( i dont know why haha)

he has asked which subscription is the best for the everton games. i believe it is showtime on 7w, would you guys agree? if so i know you need a big dish for it but how big are we talking? he lives in the liverpool area. (NW England)

he currently has a 80 and i have a 95, i cant get it with a 95cm.

any thoughts on a sub or a new dish for him would be appreciated.

Its 2.4m MINIMUM in the Wirral for the Showtime service on 7W!!

And thats with a good dish set up by someone who knows what they are doing - not a cheap one from maplins!

Be aware I said MINIMUM size 2.4m. It could be bigger - extrteme fringe reception is a black art and signal strengths vary a lot over a few miles.

You either need someone who has experience of 7W reception in the Wirral area or an installer who is willing to try various big dishes.

In either case you are looking at several hundred pounds for just the dish - and you could possibly see your investment wasted as the series 1 Nilesats start coming out of service next year.....

Does he have a Sky Italia subscription?
In the UK, it can cost ~ 1,000 pounds.

That could still be cheaper than purchasing a quality dish and getting it professionally installed

Yes, you are right.
And we shouldn't forget that Showtime will also cost a lot in the UK.
But still, I would prefer to invest in a large quality dish (if there is no limitations from neighbors or the council) and it should serve me for many years to come.
