Free Broadband Footy???

I was browsing Ebay and came accross this:

It sounds like it is some kind of con or more likely I am living without somebit of knowledge that this guy i selling. I dont want to pay him and find out something useless so any ideas what this auction is all about?

Why would you do this when you can get it in decent quality for the price of a good night out up town?!?!?!?

Well I was thinking its probably some channel, lots of links from wwitv.com if anyone is interested in the best site I've found but I just wonder which channel it is.

Its probably something soppy like one to BBC 1 or something.
