Hi Rolf,

The old Globecast feeds on 12.5W have all gone in the last month. The feed is now normally on 16e and has been encoded in Videoguard on the recent PGA events. The european tour which last year was on 24.5w has been turning up on 21.6e on either 12536v or 12527v SR6111. The signal is pretty weak in UK some weeks. As far as seeing the Golf anywhere else then its possible to see it live on Golf+ on 19e 30W in the D+ package

Cheers
Ross

Thanks Ross, so no real guaranteed way of watching, he was perhaps hoping for a cheaper subscription from an overseas broadcaster.

My System: I bet on red. If I lose, I double the bet on red again. I continue with this until I lost everything.

Also, if you check out the feeds forum I posted in the football section, they have the feeds listed as they come up.

It is for golf from any source, but to be quite honest, I'm not too keen on getting someone involved in anything which will require input from me and may well end up as white elephant as they will be buying gear specifically for that purpose.

Thanks, will check it out tomorrow, can't see it with my setup, roof in the way, but looks like a 70cm should pull it in.

I get a very strong signal here, about 87% with 48% AGC with my 1.2 m dish.
I had the station on for the last hour or so to see what is going on with this station, and I am just about to slash my wrists with a golf ball

I'll try it with a 68cm in the morning. I presume that it's the same channel as they have on Astra 28.2 East.

My System: 1 metre motorised dish ,Pace Positioner,Manhattan ST200 variant,....Linux Fedora Core 5 running on 1ghz (free download) Windows XP on 2ghz...(not so cheap purchase)

Having just installed a new moterised 1.1 metre dish at home this weekend , i discovered this uk golf channel on PAS 6B/3R @43west. It all looked a bit to energetic for me as they seemed to spend most of the time working out in the gym to improve their golf performence. I was feeling a little under par at the time .
