Rugby - an unexpected pleasure

Suffering rugby withdrawal symptoms I just had the unexpected pleasure of watching Georgia beat Russia, in a European sevens championship, on Adjara TV on Hotbird. 1

Although the crowd was about the same size as Bishop's Stortford might draw on a Sunday friendly, they were hugely enthusiastic and many of them waved the Georgian flag. Now this brought a lump to my throat as their flag is identical to England's, except with the addition of a small red cross in each corner. I may be wrong but I could have sworn that they were singing "swing low sweet char...." Didn't see any heavy beer drinking though, they haven't quite caught on to the whole purpose of the game, evidently.
