How do i start a new thread?

Sorry, but this is not related. New to this type of forum and cannot workout how to start a new thread.

When you have decided which is the most relevant forum for your post, which you select using the drop down menu near the bottom of the page, when arriving in the root of that forum on top left select button marked new thread
