Hi all, I am looking into building a web site but i dont know were to start. Is there same one on here that would like to build one for me and how much would it cost or is there any were that same one can recomend to me please? Thanks

Try template monster (google search "template monster") for around $70 you can get a pre-built template and you just cut & paste the text you require. You can then have your web site online in a few hours.

You will need three things:
1 - Decide on a suitable domain name and it's extension. Make sure that you don't choose a domain which is famous or has copyrights, otherwise their lawers will contact you after you have the website up and running and threaten you with lawsuits unless you delete it from the internet.

2 - Register the domain after making sure that it is available (look it up with WHOIS) from _http://www.networksolutions.com for example.

3 - Find a reliable web hosting company. Go for the Windows hosting which has Control Panel like Plesk.

The rest is up to you to make the design with authoring tools like FrontPage or other applications.
You will need plenty of text and interesting photos.

Here's what I use for all my web sites. (If you can find them have a look) It's a good FREE program for building your own web pages. It has a WYSIWYG editor and a html markup editor. Best of all, it's FREE.

Trellian WebPage is a freeware application and will remain FREE.

My System: 32 " LG with built in 160 g recorder and digital terestrial Tv with twin tuner - 85cm Penta dish Humax HD 2000 ci and Nanoxx hd 9500 receivers - all linked to my computer and 7 digital speakers with subwoofer

I think that you've just to learn a little HTML coding and get a suitable webhosting...that is what i've done, and it worked...

no need to learn html as a decent web site builder will do all that for you. I have done a course on websites at College and understand html
but this site builder i have is a lot easier especially if you have a lot of pages like i had on my old site about 77.
My new site will be built up steadily and its as easy as anything i have used to upload - that i have to do often.
