Seeking Installer in NW to realign my dish

The first installer, recommended by a TV shop, arrived to check my 19E LNB looked up and said - Its not Sky Is it?

The second had a very efficient lady in the office who assured me their staff were all qualified to handle all satellites.
As the two gentlemen approached the door one looked up and said
'bluddyelleesgot3lnbs what does ee need them for'.

The next time I got the mans wife to write down '3 sat setup with 3 lnb's and the middle one on 19E has lost vertical polarity. Do you have a meter to test 19E' and would he call me before arriving.
Sure enough he arrived with a meter for Sky units and no knowledge of non SKY setups anyway.
BUT he did have a pal who came later with a meter, confirmed the lack of vertical polarity and swopped the LNB for my Spare one. It worked.
However every time he fractionally moved the arm or the dish the signal strength increased.
He didnt have the knowledge or the time to fixit.

So I'm seeking an installer in the Blackpool/Fylde area of North West
Lancashire who can tweak the arm and realign the dish to give me optimum signal and yet not pull the screws out of the wall.
