how to watch premiere direkt?

i have a kaon bm-1000 stb
the premiere ppv movie channels are blank
they are encrypted
the sports channels are working fine

only the movie portal page appears on screen
but when i goto individual movie channels of ppv
they are encrypted

how to open them

i can see premiere1,2,3,4 movie channels

Check that you have the channels scanned in on your receiver, with the correct PIDS, if you haven't scan them in or manually add them:

yes
i have scanned them - i can see the blank screen on the channels
fyi -
i can get premiere1,2,3,4
i can get main sports portal and 2 sports channels of that portal
i can get main porn portal and 3 adult channels
i can get main movie ppv portal but none of the channels display movie
i mean the channels are blank
after the movies are over - around midnite - the premiere logo screen appears on all the movie ppv channels

when movie is running, the screens are blank with no audio/video

any idea what is the problem

If you are getting the logo on the channels when they are unencrypted then the channels have to be scanned in correctly.
Either the portal isn't working correctly, you can try deleting and re-scanning the portal and the film channels to test this.
I assume your receiver is patched, in which case you could try loading the patch again, or try an earlier patch.
If all else fails you could try loading the latest official firmware, for your receiver, and then load the patch.
If your receiver has the Nagra 2 AU (Auto Update) feature, try and turn it off, then manually update the keys, or load the latest key files, whichever method your receiver uses.

i deleted - rescanned the channels
yet no good news
portal displays all channels
but i cannot using portal
i scanned individual channels
i got the channel with no video n audio

loaded the loader back with same patch n keys

2 sport channels work, all premiere1 to 4 movies work
only the premiere direkt pay per view channels not work

Can you try a different patch, either an earlier version or a later version, if there is one?

i dont know if there is one for my kano
i changed my s/w to bm-1000 stream s/w as ksf111 did not open premiere

Your receiver doesn't seem to be that popular, or well supported, I have found another owner who claims you can get all the software for kaon receivers from sat.us.pn if you wish to try it.

i reset and took the firm from the above site
but still cannot see premiere pay per view movies :-(
also i cannot access the screen to update the keys via remote
it was yellow blue green menu or something
but now i get blank screen if i do that..

any idea what is other combination for getting that screen?

I have just had a look round the forums and noticed your thread, on a different forum.
Try the software from there, as the key files are updated more often, also try using some of the tools.
There is also a latest Kaon channel list, which might be worth loading, and a software key editor.
If all these fail I think you will have to do a factory reset and start from the beginning.
The problem must lie with your receiver, or set up, as every other owner seems to be opening all the PPV channels.
Have you found anyone else using your kaon model, as maybe there is a problem which requires an official firmware update?
Are you getting a good signal strength for Astra 1, 19E ?
If not check all your connections.

i have posted my problem in quite a few forums.

yday i did it from scratch
loaded old bootloader
loaded new bootloader v2.19.v4
then loaded latest bm-1000 emu
still no luck

also i lost the option to edit keys via remote control :-(

very few users of kaon i have found so far
there are few forums where kaon is supported
but they are non-english forums
some sites give the files but they do not have forums/help section

Try the latest software from al sat, where you have a thread running, and try loading the posted Kaon channel list, this might let you access them.
How many channels do you currently have listed for Astra 1, 19.2E?
Can you delete all the channels that don't open and then scan in specific channels, not a blind scan which picks up every channel.

yes, i did this -
i deleted all those blank channels
added the tps only for premiere ppv
scanned the channels again
but still - they did not open
i tried the above using al sat firmware
the lad who was helping me there - tried all he could
(thanks for his patience)
but ppv did not work

i've got exactly the same problem as you described
at the beginning, only my receiver is a technosat 9000ultra,
and i dont use any software.
