Thanks to giol for this, I have tested and it works fine.


1. make sure you have the latest version of vlc.
2. use on of the latest e2 images that support streaming.
3. open webif
4. switch to the channel you wish
5. press the stream symbol (little tv) on the channel list next to the channel.
6. open the m3u file with vlc
7. press ctrl+i copy the title which is the link of the stream (e.g. h**p://192.168.1.10:8001/1:0:1:1BC6:17D4:13E:820000:0:0:0
8. then press ctrl+r , go to the "network" tab , paste the link and press convert/save choose a destination and format and you are recording.

Dont forget choose recording format.
