Too expensive and too risky, believe me. I have been trying for over a year and thanks god I got over it now because of the economic crisis as I have better things to do with money than waste it on middlemen.
There are few websites that sell it at about 1000 euro.
Add to this the customs clearance on the whole payment+shipment cost, if you order it by a courier (they will not ship it by ordinary post)
Will need a matched receiver and smartcard (just like Yes Israel package in NDS).

There is no CAM with smartcards
You will need a dedicated receiver and matched smartcard.
There is no support and if anything goes wrong, you will loose the subscription, and you can't call Sky Italia from outside Italy.
