how to upgrade my receiver astra 9500 in order to get french channels (LCI, FRANCE 2, FRANCE 3, ARTE, etc.) on Hotbird or Astra?

My System: 7 dishes. 9 LNBs. And a whole load of receivers + One broken TV.

Point a dish at 5W with an analogue receiver. TF1/France2/France3/LaCinque/Arte/M6 free to air.
