does cas 2 program tit or m2 card

Info exchange on hex/plain/masters, handler/service-keys, Prov-IDs, ChIDs, PPUAs, etc. NO KEYS MAY BE POSTED!

does cas 2 program tit or m2 card

looking without joy to find prem football seen canal + seems to have it on but could anyone please tell me if a tit or m2 card can be progammed with a cas +add on thanx in advance

NO CAS2 will not do cards. you will a card programmer like Infinity usb pheonix.

MUST HAVE pheonix mode.
