Updating Technomate Keys

I am new to all this satellite business and have been looking for ages on info on how to change keys on my Technomate 1500, it is already patched as I can view TPS but I would like to change keys for another channel (I already have the keys) but would just like to know how to enter them into my receiver. Thanks

Go into menu,CI, then edit cas key. Should do the trick.

As far as I can remember, when you get into the cas keys highlight the one you want to change. press ok and a 3 digit * comes up enter the 3 numbers and procede with the next 3 and so on. At the last It will come up with all the 9 3 dig and it will ask you do you want to save. Press ok. If it dont work I will have a go at changing some in the manhattan receiver and will write it down for you. So lets know if this works 1st.

Or find the channel you want to unscramble. Press the mute button then press the exit button where you will then be able to put in the keys you have found of a totally seperate internet site.

Sorry but I cannot see anywhere there that you put in dec keys, just room for where you put the 00 and 01 keys. Where do the dec keys go?

You can always put in the hex keys so. Look for a programme dec to hex converter. Google for one

You change the hex key to decimal using a key converter, then you imput the decinmal key using your remote.
You can locate the MR Hex-Dec converter in the Editors, utilities section:
MR Hex to Dec Key converter
Hex= 2 symbols consisting of letters A-E and/or numbers 0-9
Dec= 3 numbers

If you really want to.
But on the latest software, it's AU, so there's no need.
