I am using dragon CAM module loaded with predator 3.21 and FUN Card5.

I would like to load flash.hex, inteprom, exteprom to FUN Card5 and i need to change flash.hex value to match the Nagra box key and Ver key to dragom CAM.

I need your help how to do it?

Please help me.

Many thanks.

Hi walkonwater,
can you please explain in more detail which channels you're trying to open as you shouldn't require a Fun card 5 to open any of the channels, only a Fun card 7 to update the Dragons firmware and to update individual keys you access the Dragon, using your receivers remote control, via the debug option.
Best wishes

Hello Micka,

Thanks for your reply.

I would like to open Dream TV package using Nagravision encryption system on Agila2 146E.

I have updated the dragon CAM module with predator 3.21 and updated the .dra files with 4F01 Dream TV using DragonCrypt. Also updated the keys but still i can not open the channels.

I have downloaded the Dream TV AU file and loaded to FUN Card 5 and inserted to dragon CAM module.

I can see under smartcard setup menu "Decoding OK" but still nothing.

Under debug>>Nagravision, i successfully added 4F01 Dream TV and updated the keys but still no joy.

I can see Nagra box Key on CAM setup but I am not sure if the Nagra Box key and Version Key is the same value written on the Dream TV AU file.

Please advise.

Many thanks.

If your location is correct in your profile then you have no chance I'm afraid.

Agila 2 has two beams one pointing at SE Asia and the other at the Phillipines, and is over the horizon anyway.
Are you getting any signal from this bird ??? I suspect not.

Hi walkonwater,
Lancelot is right, if you live in Dover then the furthest satellite I can see you receiving is 74E, 146E is over the horizon, I would be interested in what is the full range of satellites, furthest East and furthest West, you can receive with your set up.
Best wishes

Hi walkonwater,
according to Lyngsat Dream dual broadcast in DVB and Nagra, but I can't tell which version of Nagra it uses.

You can check the keys at this site:

Unfortunately I can not receive 146E, so I can't offer you much help, hopefully someone else in your region can offer more help.
Good luck

Hello Mickha,

Thanks for your reply.

Dream TV is using Nagra1.

What i would like to do is to edit the flash.hex file and change the Nagra box key to be programmed to FUN Card 5.

In my dragom CAM the settings as follows:

4F01-Dream TV

ALL KEYS REMOVED - ADMIN. No posting of Keys. Please read rules.

I tried to open the flash.hex file using Nagraedit but i do not know which line i need to edit.

I really appreciated your help.

Cheers!!!

Hi walkonwater,
there is a section in the Predator readme file, explaining that some CA ID's had to be removed to make way for the new S*y features. They then do on to explain that you can add a Crypto ID but it might be easier if you try an early Predator, if any of them ever included Dream, and then just update the keys. Have a look through dragons site:
