Info exchange on hex/plain/masters, handler/service-keys, Prov-IDs, ChIDs, PPUAs, etc. NO KEYS MAY BE POSTED!

A key is an alphanumeric string of code that allows access to a pay tv service. It normally looks something like this:

AE: 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00

(Ive used 0's as keys of any sort are forbidden on this forum, but they can be seen on any of the key sites h**p://www.rdi-sat.com for starters.)

Some STB's operate in that way, yes. Many require the code to be translated into decimal first AFAIK.
