Keys and Openbox bluestar

Hi, i need 2 questions answered please:

Firstly, when i see keys some keys on a website they are normally 32 characters, but my receiver can only take 16 charcters at a time, can someone please tell me wat i am supposed to do. Thanx

Secondly, i have an openbox bluestar digital satellite receiver if anyone has heard of it. my question is that i can't seem to find any information or software on the net about this receiver.

p.s i actually need the keys for Polsat on Hotbird 13 degrees east. Thanx

in the edit key option you have to split the keys in 1/2

for example for the d+ network you want

Firstly i have openbox 7. Secondly, about splitting the keys 1/2, i dont think i can. I am actually trying to enter the key for polsat 13 east nagra2. when i split the keys in 2 halves, both 1/2's will have the same provider i.d. so the 2nd one will overwrite the first one. hope u can help me m8. thanx. bye

now i have another problem. Usually when i want to edit the keys i go to game>>edit keys. But now when i go to game, all there is are the games and the edit keys is not there anymore. Please could u help me. Thanks in advance

hi every bode i got openbox4 (bluestar 2000)that it doesnt boot , i got the main menu and i can vhange the detils but i cannt catch any signal , the connection , lmb and every thing is good just it needs new boot software , i need help. many thanks

What has your supplier told you when you asked for boot software ?

hi i bout few years ago and it was working perfect but now i dont no the supplyer and i ask that it doesnt boot. as i wrote i got menu and i got all of the setting but i got no signal but my lmb and dish and connection are good because with another receiver i got channels and signals.
