Need Help Key Editing Sr-x120d Plus

I have starsat sr-x120d plus receiver. My problem is if i go for key editing i cannot edit some of the characters. It cannot be changed because the cursor is not going to some charater. For example in viaccess format 00 00 00 l 0- l 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 or nagravision format -- -- -- l 00 l 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00
Please note that I cannot edit the character - but the character 0 are all can be changed or edited. Why is this happen? When I purchased my receiver this problem is there already. Can somebody help me how to solve this problem?
