problem with software for starsat super 550D

hello fellas, im in need for a quick help. I got a new software + key's last week for starsat 550d Super, it's a turkish version, it worked for a while, and then the key's didn't work anymore.
Then i tried to upload a new software today for this receiver, it loads 100 % successfully, but when i turn on my receiver, the same software is still there, with same channel list. I mean nothing changed. I simply can't take off the turkish software. Is there any option guys? Something like deleting the old software and then reinstall the new one i got today? Thanks in advance.

problem with software for starsat super 550D Info exchange on hex/plain/masters, handler/service-keys, Prov-IDs, ChIDs, PPUAs, etc. NO KEYS MAY BE POSTED!
