load keys then what do i do?

i get my softcam keys file as soon as they get released, i update the receiver right away using dreamloader, but none of the channels open up? am i doing something wrong? im sure dreamloader loaded the keys, i also updated the receiver w the most up to date file i found. what am i missing? is there somethin im suppose to do to the receiver before the channels open up using the keys? is the $ suppose to go away from the open channels? also all the pay channels say no audio and video, a couple said just no video and i hear audio, is there some settings? please help, thanx
