For FreeXtv you need a dedicated CAM, for the others, you can find keys at one of the sites listed in Nobbly's big links forum, providing they are in an encryption which is "available".

Has viaccess 2(sex view) hacked?are there any keys for that channel and viaccess 2?
never made it as a wise man
I couldn't cut it as a poor man stealin'
