BIN to UPD conversion

Hi Friends!
I want tofind asoftware programme which can change Bin file to UPD or from BIN to fun card 6 hex files to upgrade matrix reloaded Cam with the help of fun card.
I have tried Matrix reloaded File Manipulator MRFM Proggy.Butit does not chang BIN file to UPD File Or Hex File .
From where I can download the software which convert BIN file to upd file.please tell me the software to watch ful X with MR Cam

find sep1.2 it works fine on xp
