We have one ready to go here in Cambridge soon.

Five quid to be trousered by the Council from anybody driving in and out of a designated congestion zone between 7.30AM and 9.30AM.

School runs being targeted I reckon.

So does that mean that all council employees will use their flexitime to allow them to start work after 9.30am? thus avoiding the charges

Certainly some schools are considering switching starting times to enable school runners to avoid the charge. Businesses also. No doubt the Council will then move forward the charge window.

Comical, ain't it
