sound problems

can anyone help me
i have a nokia dbox 2
i have lost the sound on some channels ?????

iv done a rescan and nothing seems to chnage it

but i have noticed the 3 icons in the bottom right hand corner all illuminated in yellow on the screen on the the channels that dont have sound, but on the channels that do have soundtheres only 2 lit up the two end ones and the middle icon isnt illuminated
please help

You might have set those channels to Dolby Digital sound, or chosen an unavailable sound track.
Which channels are you having problems with?
Go to one of them, try accessing your audio options and changing them, usually there is a shortcut button on the remote for this, if not you might have to go into your receivers menu.
