Anyone Else on NTL DialUP

Hello All

I have been having the most horendous week since returning from holiday last Saturday.

I haven't had a full day with normal connection.

I get cut off very frequently after just a few minutes.

I get data transmitted in small batches with long periods of 'silence' between them.

I have sent Emails to NTL but had no reply.

Is anyone else suffering from the same problems?

Regards

W.Hole

I use NTL's rival, Telewest. Did you read this article? http://icwales.icnetwork.co.uk/0300b...name_page.html
May be an indication about poor service.
