He was certainly one of these musicians who were instantly recognisable, you only needed two bars and you knew it was him. He had some great songs, even though I did not listen to his music a lot because I felt most songs were too similar sounding. He was one of the last remaining of the first generation blues and rock guys, soon they will all be gone. But never forgotten! | ||

My System: Sky Freesat in UK, Astra 1 ana/dig in UK using Technomate -5000 DAPCI, Astra 2 South Beam and Eurobird in Spain. | Bo Diddley invented rock 'n roll? How about Fats Domino, Chuck Berry, Little Richard, Jerry Lee Lewis - all first class musicians. Bo's crude monotonous guitar style never did a lot for me. May he rest in peace all the same. | ||
