yes...also BBC R5 Live has just announced that when you call the subscriptions telephone line....it says that there system is down....

obviously under British Law it is illegal to do business if your company is on the brink....only a matter or hours I reckon ...rather sad i think

I do not think you are necessarily correct about it being illegal, especially as administrators are being called in to rescue/find funding. I understand from Teletext that Deloitte are waiting in the wings and have been appointed administrators, so I am surprised by this inability to communicate with them.

I'll stay up at 12 and see if its true as i don't want to miss the mlb on espn america

if they are to go down i doubt espn america will be affected unless they are uplinked from the same place ?

they better not go off tonight as i'll be kicking off for my 12.99 back.

Setanta missed the final deadline for paying the latest tranche of their Premiership rights and have been stripped of their rights for 2 packs of football for next season.

according to digital spy espn and sky have both put in bids for the spl, i wonder if espn might do it for the epl too ?

Racing UK still running. As it's (or was) part of the Setanta package, presumably they're going their own way (?)
