Rather than re-invent the wheel, can I suggest you do a forum search for Israel and read the content. What in particular does your friend like to watch?, there are thousands of channels up there, some are easier to receive than others in Israel. More information is required, and what is his budget? Are there any dish size restrictions where he lives. Line of sight issues? | ||
