I had my account for 9 years in a so called UK agent who handles the account for foreign countries .Now after 9 years he stopped so I cannot do anything .Nor to change my package nor to have my new card ..So he has to call on behalf of me and just change the package and ask when I will receive my new card (in his address ) and sent it to Greece

You would need all of the basic information about the originating user/address, passwords and direct debit/credit card details to change anything, do you have all of this?

Well they are a lot more diligent now and ask some pretty searching questions.

I can't really propose anything, is your original provider definitely off the scene and uncontactable?

We are sorry you will have to be patient, many members work during the day and others only login once per week, this is a minority specialist area where solutions are not easy to find otherwise you would not be here asking the question. The crux problem is that you are based in Greece and Sky are actively trying to stop subscriptions being given outside of the UK for legal reasons.

Members on here more often than not have their own subscription to look after and Sky do not allow you to have more than one subscription per property address so it is going to be difficult to provide a solution for you.

My System: Various digiboxes, broken Nokia 9800S, numerous analogue boxes. My lovely little lappy, HP Omnibook 6100

I've followed the name through to this company based in the UK and Germany

Have you tried all the phone numbers on this site?

They've probably have been forced out of business, several suppliers have been. You'll have to look at finding a different supplier and make sure that you cancel your direct debit or credit card payment, as Sky will have sent out the card to the registered address by now, and your existing card will eventually stop working. There will be a house or small block of flats with a huge pile of envelopes from Sky, containing update cards, their churn rate immediately after the full switchover to new cards may be huge.

Is this really the case ? So if I was living with some other people in a flat, for arguments sake, I couldnt get a sub for my own room in my own name, if the others already had a sub ?

not that I have ever heard of, in any case from my own family experience it would be the owner of the property who would be allowed to have the the subscription not the tenants or subtenants.
