Rumour - Orbit to close European service

According to a post over on the DS forum Orbit will be closing the European beam (presumably off 8W) in mid December.

If its correct its not a real surprise after the Orbit/Showtime merger.

Anyone got any more info on this??

My System: Channel Master 2.4m Dish Fixed On Nilesat 7.0°West. Channel Master 1.2m Dish.Satellite Reception From,45.0E-45.0W Sky Digital 60cm mini-dish.2,Sky Digital 43cm minidish.

Hi,
Should i be able to get a signal on Eurobird 2 25.5 East,
using a 2.4M Channel Master Dish.I can get all the V and H,
on Nilesat 7 West.

No idea - very few Brits use 25.5E. give it ago - and please let us know!
