Dont get caught licking it in your car

Unlucky motorist was caught eating a ice cream while driving,and fined 60 pounds...........lucky it did not have a flake in it or it would have been 99 pounds.................Official police response was.....He woz doing a fair lick when we stopped him,and we nicked him bang to rights....If it were me i would have phoned ths cones hotline.....is that what its for?..........he said it was the crushed nuts that made him do it........feel free to add your witty comments to this post..................brian
