Has anybody used a home-made programmer (ie. JDM, or parralel port prommer) for the above mentioned chips with a laptop (portable) PC , like Compaq? If yes, can I have all relevant info about it, please? Thanks | ||

My Compaq does not seem to provide enough current to the jdm interface  . I also tried the battery (18V) version with no luck. As soon as I changed to my ancient 286, everything works fine. What laptop are you using ? | ||
