@ CH, check that you haven't got loads of sent E-mails clogging it up, they can take up a lot of space.

I think BCs file take up 1.3M which may take it over

Nope CH the pm was to ask for email addy,(even i know you can`t
send a 1.3meg pm) I`m thick (but not that thick) It must be as Big R said, because still full, same here (states ive got 17 pms
but cleaned out only 2 left, still states 17. So it must be PMs sent.

Yes it was sent items (didnt know PMing ws just like normal emailing with separate folders)

Now I know - and theyre deleted

Can only look at the other email address tomorrow as its at work - and Ive started drinking early tonight

Well a short bike ride later and I have the file

Its somewhat wrapped up in other systems and whilst it looks genuine enough there are a few giveaways

1) Cams are mentioned a lot in the text - The digibox dont have one and even if it did, theres no firmware to enable the slot

2) Text mentions a general logging system suitable for a nmber of Pay TV systems - each entitlement system is rather unique which is suspicious

3) The Delphi 1 system this is supposedly written in came out in 1996 or thereabouts, if it was really for a digibox unit it would state Delphi 5 or later. There is also some problem that its compatible with DOS which really is no longer part of the shell in any system (W98 or ME, 2000, XP and so on)

4) Picture of the interface ahows a rather ham fisted soldering attempt at a logging interface and a Sky analogue card if Im not mistaken

So it really is testicles, unless you want to prove that it works. I wouldnt waste my time

Its better to post on April the first then. Saves me gettin me blow torch out to solder the leads. DAVE.

Ah but its Veroboard, designed with three things in mind

1) To reduce the amount of additional wiring

2) To have wiring that is needed to be on the non conductlive side

and

3) allow the flow of correctly applied solder by virtue of clean pure copper tracks

Whoever made the above board up was ignoring everything
