All I ask if have anyone ever bought any stuff from the above mentioned website, and how was their service 10x.

I've dealt with them off and on for over 3 years and spoken to the guy that runs it a few times as well. I don't recommend anyone who's not up to the job so it's up to you now.

I had a small glitch with the delivery of a package by courrier, because there was a problem, with the courrier company, in my country. But otherwise their customer care is excellent.
I also backup the statments u did above.

P.S. When you ask, you learn they say
