Forum Downtime

Apologies to all for the downtime over this weekend, we have had some problems with server loads and are endeavouring to sort them out. Please bear with us, we hope to resolve the problems over the next couple of days.

Don't think so Dig, it appears to be a combination of factors, but looks like we will be buying a new server, seems we have all but outgrown the old one.

Maybe time to ask or beg or even beat some money out of the members. I'm sure most would cough up a few quid. For me the knowledge gained in here is priceless along with the friendly help and would hate to lose it because of a few quid.

My System: 90 cm dish + two LNB 13/19 E 90 cm dish + one LNB 30 W Humax 5400 .. Oh and cable for Mrs Marts (smilie here)

A 1st class letter to all members informing ourselves of the problem would have been a good and well mannered idea. Maybe next time eh ?

LOL, would've loved to have sent everyone a notification of the problems Marts, but unfortunately we couldn't keep the server up for long enough to do it.

Running fine here at the moment Marts, perhaps your connection is suffering again, the new server should be online in a week or so, we have tracking and it is in pre-production at the moment.
