2x DVB-S tuners 2x DVBxT tuners 1x UHF/CATV tuner Then... SCART socket, s-video in/out, 250 gig HDD, DVD-/+ R/RW and remote control. Seems like sat stuff to me! Providing there's decent third party support for the DVB-S/T tuners it seems like amazingly good VFM to me and the kind of thing I've been looking for in a satellite receiver for years. For what you get (hardware wise*) it would appear better value than a Dreambox/Topfield/Kaon/Triple Dragon.*I say that but then who knows what DVB cards are in it? They may be £30 jobbies!

Would you spend £750 at Aldi? (this is not to knock the original post, merely my opinion on the PC. )

My System: 28e, 19e, 13e, 30w | Well if the DVB cards are good enough and all the other elements added up (and if I could justify spending another £750 on myself right now) then YES, not a problem. Not been in an Aldi before but they can't be any worse than a dedicated electrical/PC shop such as a Comet or a DSG store.
