John Lennon

John Lennon

Today is the 25th anniversary of his death in New York at the hands of a gunman. I think without doubt his music has stood the test of time and it makes me wonder if he would have done more great things over these last 25 years.

John was someone who did things his way and his work for peace lives on.

R.I.P. still

Yes

Fully agree there Jimbo
What is a testament to him also is that 25 years on everyone in their teens or early twenties has heard of John Lennon but not many people remember the gunman's name (and he is still banged up in prison).

War does not determine who is right, it determines who is left!
