Don't knock it .... that is a valued award here it took me over 12 months to get one and you have only been registered 15 days. If you cannot see the picture I suggest you clear down your browser cache

My System: Sky UK family pack. FTA analogue & digital satellite from 5 fixed dishes (4.6E/5E/13E/16E/19E/23E/28E) Pace MSS100, Echostar IP3000VA (with dragon cam), Coship CDVB 2300A, Fortecstar Lifetime Ultra, Technomate TM-1000D, Dreambox 7020S, 2250kb

The last noble sat warrior to fly the olden flag of Analogue

Nothing to do with me 2cv! (Its just a bit of fun to "reward" folks who have done something a bit special / more than normal with their satellite kit)

15 days for a badge is good going. Ive been here since 2003 and I only got a badge this week - and I had to ask for it!

My System: I bet on red. If I lose, I double the bet on red again. I continue with this until I lost everything.

You should be proud getting this badge, normally it takes years of dedication and contributions to various guides and sections. In your case, I saw the pictures of your setup, and no doubt this is what we call "Geek Pit". It is for sure not a negative thing, we all have them, or like to have them (or had them in the past before the dragon ultimatum-ed us). However, if you don't want it I will remove it of course.
It is strange that you can't see it, maybe there is a problem with the location of the file.

Ok then, I proudly accept it as an award to being, erm, whatever it is that made me eligeable for it...

Must be my thick computer, it's only a stick of Celery*....
Either that or it's Microsoft's over-active "firewall" getting in the way....

I assume you've had it before now too?

Just as a little notice, my "geek pit" will remain here for a long while as I'm single and have been for a long while, but I am working on someone...

Just remember, whenever you think you are working her she is double working you. Man, I remember I used to rebuilt motorcycles in the living room. Today, just the thought of it is dangerous

I don't want to depress you but experience says your dish will stay if she lets you, and if she doesen't there won't be a goverment or army that will prevent it. It may not be fast and you might put up resistance at first, but after a few years she will nag the dish out. The only dish you will have inside the house is the ugly flower decorated porcelain plate your mother in law brought her from her holiday. The only dishes you will be turning are the once you are drying after washing them.

Well, for now it's just me on my own, no women at all...

I forgot to mention, I'm already depressed due to the death of my brother in 2004 and my back injury, so I can't get any worse....
