Eutelsat 2F4 question

Ive been asked this question:

When Eutelsat 2F4 was at 28.5E (2000-2001), did it at any stage carry Sky programming , or was it serving the same area as the S2 beam of Eurobird 1 and carrying European services.?

Anyone got any info?

My System: Dreambox 7000, Skystar2

Tried asking Eutelsat?

They'd probably love an excuse to go into the basement
