Im using a telecentros PC at the town hall, but the bu*ger is when you try to download any program, such as bittorrent, you have to have administrator thingys, which i do not. Is there a way of downloading bittorrent which will avoid the filter?? Once its downloaded you can use it freely, i even sometimes have problems download google earth. Any ideas to avoid the block?? I only want to download the black eyed peas new song. Yes, yes, filesharing is bad but we all do it. I have only ever bought 1 CD in my life anyway, i never buy CD´s.

Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Unaohm EP313, Swires Annie 204 Spectrum, Rover ST-4 Spectrum. | You can only have administrator privileges if you know the username and password and I'm sure that your Town Hall would not be very happy if you downloaded your file sharing program on their network. So unfortunately, you'll have to either buy it or do it at home. ![]()

Albeit I agree with what's been said. I mean the town hall is not exactly your own space (for downloading nefarious things) is it? Have Fun, Mark.

All works fine now with bittorrent. And besides, what the town hall doesnt know wont hurt them! In spain, downloading music isnt technically illigal, yet.
