Chinese DVD Pirates

Pirate illegal dvds are flooding the uk. in london it is run by the chinese. I am happen to pick up a recent release for £5 . The picture quality was perfect and the sound. BUT but the film floats. where you see skipping. is it because they have been burned at high speeds. The reason is Terminator 3 was perfect.
