Post Best and Worst Christmas Songs

I propose to run a Best and Worst Christmas Songs poll but I want to try to get the records right first first time as i would probably end up deleting the whole lot if I tried to modify it!

I've got the following list, any additions please post. Similarly if you think it's not worth othering with some of the obscure ones - say so.

Don't forget there'll be two polls. And I'm going to run the same list in both.

Who knows the "winner" in both may be the same song!

  • Wham - Last Christmas
  • Band Aid - Do They Know It’s Christmas
  • Kylie Minogue - Santa Baby
  • Boney M - Mary’s Boy Child
  • Bing Crosby - White Christmas
  • Bing Crosby and David Bowie - Peace on Earth
  • Bing Crosby and The Andrews Sisters - Santa Claus is Coming to Town
  • The Jackson Five - Santa Claus is Coming to Town
  • Mariah Carey - All I Want for Christmas is You
  • Cliff Richard - Mistletoe and Wine
  • Cliff Richard - The Millennium Prayer
  • Cliff Richard - Santa's List
  • Cliff Richard - 21st Century Christmas
  • David Essex - A Winter’s Tale
  • The Killers - Great Big Sled
  • St Etienne - I Was Born on Christmas Day
  • Aled Jones - Walking in the Air
  • The Wombles - Wombling Merry Christmas
  • Curtis Blow - Christmas Rapping
  • Greg Lake - I Believe in Father Christmas
  • John Lennon - Happy Christmas (War is Over)
  • Jethro Tull - Ring Out Solstice Bells
  • Shakin Stevens - Merry Christmas Everyone
  • Mud - Lonely This Christmas
  • The Pretenders - 2000 Miles
  • The Darkness - Christmas Time
  • The Greedies - A Merry Jingle
  • The Pogues and Kirsty MacColl - Fairytale of New York
  • Roy Wood - I Wish It Could be Christmas Every Day
  • Aretha Franklyn - Winter Wonderland
  • Nat King Cole - Winter woderland
  • Andy Williams - It’s the Most Wonderful Time of the Year
  • Frank Sinatra - Mistletoe and Holly
