My wife and my daughter enjoy a piece of chocolate once or twice per week...me I like a dark bitter chocolate that's all, I thought it was amusing to receive this round robin Email attachment but then thought who would actually believe the claims made within it about losing weight

My System: Motorised dish, dvd players and recorders; a freeview box, broadband, VCRs, four TVs, mobiles, pcs, a mac, Ipod, digital cameras...the lot! | If I want to pig out on chocs I do it late at night. Has a great effect of making me feel slimmer in the morning.  . But heavier at night.
