How Much For An Install?

How much do installer charge for a fixed dish and motorised install? I am thinking of doing this myself but do not have a clue as to what to charge.

Thanks

Do you already have a van with ladders, and tools for the job ?

Are you installing equipment supplied by the customer ?

Are the dishes going to wall, chimney or roof (including ground/flat roof) mounted ?

Is this likely to be a temporary change of work, or permanent ?

An installer will have equipment that may be needed should the system not come complete. They will also be charging based upon the distance travelled to the site

They should also have public liability insurance.

I will be doing both supply equipment and fitting customers own equipment, I will be putting the dishes where ever they are needed.

No its going to be permanent thing, something I've always had an interest in.

I have pleanty of back up bits and bobs incase parts are missing etc,

As for insurance, I am in the process of getting quotes.

I would recommend a satellite installation and ladder safety course before you start.
